Krakow Film Festival

Krakow Film Festival is one of the oldest film events dedicated to documentary, animated and short fiction films in Europe. What we can expect during 7 festival days which bring us about 250 films from Poland and abroad?

 

 

 

 

This year:
- Opening Gala- ‘Life in a Day’! Closing Gala – Marcin Wasilewski Trio and irreplaceable Maciej Stuhr as the host!

- The Dragon of Dragons Award – for Piotr Kamler. His retrospective will follow.

- Special guest: Dutch cinematography

- 3 competitions judged by: Tue Steen Müller, Marcin Koszałka, Kaleo La Belle, Anna Kazejak-Dawid, Tadeusz Słobodzianek, Marcin Wrona, Jerzy Kapuściński, Bartek Konopka, João Garção Borges, Ulo Pikkov

-Thematic cycles: Sound of Music, Krakow Documentary Premieres, Festival Award Winners, Focus on Poland, Night of the Music Videos, Somewhere in Europe

- Open-air cinema

- Festival Club – Bomba na Placu (Pl. Szczepńnski)
